I earned my master’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University before attending Michigan State University College of Law. My professional focus encompasses complex business transactions, corporate consulting, estate planning, and tax law. As a Certified Public Accountant with over a decade of experience, I have developed extensive knowledge in areas such as the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, asset management, and banking and finance.

I work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals to large corporations and multinational investment groups across the United States, including the Korean community. My commitment extends beyond business formation and growth; I also address a variety of legal and tax-related needs, including international tax and mergers and acquisitions.
